Friendly staff, clean room, good dining experience, with easy access to the aqua park and a more than satisfactory breakfast buffet that provided an array of options perfectly suited for families with children.

The water park was a game changer for us! kids loved it and I enjoyed lounging in the thermal waters, totally worth the extra time. On top of that, breakfast was fantastic, I could bake my own waffles in minutes and that just made my mornings way better.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable considering the quality of the services.

I encountered significant issues with my stay. First, I had to deal with unexpected surprise expenses upon arrival due to poor card charging practices. The room I booked was supposed to accommodate my child, yet I was charged extra for a sofa bed that wasn't even provided, leading to further frustration. To top it off, the housekeeping staff barged in without notice while I wanted privacy, which made me feel uncomfortable.

I appreciated the spacious room with a balcony that showcased stunning mountain views. The comfortable beds ensured a great night’s sleep. Complimentary water and hot drinks were a nice touch as well. I encountered issues with surprise extra charges for the water park access, which felt misleading given the hotel’s promotional material. There were also some communication hiccups regarding breakfast charges. The breakfast variety was excellent, but I recommend reviewing your reservation details carefully to avoid any uncomfortable moments in the restaurant. it could be a fantastic stay with better transparency on additional costs.

Super clean and cozy place with fab restaurants serving traditional Polish dishes. Loved the sauna and the pool area – perfect for the kids. Breakfast was incredible, with plenty of options, just gotta improve staff communication.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with how big and clean our room was. We loved lounging on the balcony with a morning coffee! The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, there were a few extra charges that caught us off guard, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

The room was lovely with a beautiful design that incorporates natural wood elements, along with comfortable pillows and soft towels. We appreciated the cozy setup, especially the corner with inviting armchairs perfect for relaxing. The access to the thermal baths through a private passageway was a highlight, letting us stroll in our bathrobes every time we visited.

The mattresses were separate on the double bed, which was not ideal.

The views over the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent in the room a moment of pure joy. Having direct access to the Termy Zakopiańskie meant we could zip down in our bathrobes, ready for a day of relaxation without any hassle. Plus, the extensive breakfast with made-to-order omelettes was the cherry on top of our delightful stay!
